Introducing Lateiva
Struggling with time management? Cannot reach to an event in time because you spend too much time getting ready? Fear not! Lateiva is here.
Our app allows you to create events and create an activity set with activities you do before going somewhere. Thus, when you are going to a party, you can just click on that event and choose the activity set you want to use and simply follow our guidelines on how long you should spend on each activity in your activity set!
What you can do in Lateiva:- Create, edit and delete events
- Add the Name, location and time of your event for your easy reference
- Customise the activities you want to do
- Customise the time and priority of your activities
- Finally, view your auto-generated guidelines to how long you should spend on each activity based on your priority and timings you set!
My Role in this project
Lateiva was created by Tanish, Mashal, Sanjay and myself under the 2021 Swift Accelerator Programme by Tinkercademy with the support of Apple, IMDA and other partners. You can visit the website here swiftinsg.org
I was the Chief Executive Officer(CEO) and the Chief Design Officer(CDO) of Lateiva. As the CEO, I delegated tasks, organised meetings and ensured progress. I also had to lead the team and make sure everyone was doing their work so that were are able to release the app.
As the CDO, it was my job to design the app. As SwiftUI was a new coding interface for me, I had some trouble figuring out which modifiers I could use to add the needed design elements. I have learnt the skills of collaboration, commitment, leadership and research through this project.
